Still prominently listed in the Houston Rockets record book, Robert Reid was a key member of Rockets teams during the 1980s. A 13-year NBA veteran, Reid was a 6’8” forward who could guard multiple positions. Playing alongside Hall of Famers Moses Malone, Calvin Murphy and later Ralph Sampson and Hakeem Olajuwon, his defensive prowess helped the Rockets reach the NBA Finals in 1981 and 1986.
