Batum was absent from practice Sunday after falling ill, and the Clippers have elected to hold him out Monday. Kobe Brown and Kobe Sanders should be candidates for more run in Batum's absence.

Officially cleared
There was some confusion about Harden's availability after coach Ty Lue prematurely stated that the guard was available for Monday's clash. However, the team has now officially declared Harden available against the Grizzlies.

Status in question Monday
Coach Ty Lue stated in his pre-game presser that Harden had been cleared for action, but the Clippers announced shortly after that Lue misspoke, and Harden is still being considered a game-time call. More clarity on the star guard's status should arrive closer to tipoff.
