(AP) — Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young was placed in the NBA’s health and safety protocols on Sunday as coronavirus numbers around the league continued to rise. Young is the only Hawks player on the protocols list, coach Nate McMillan told reporters in Atlanta.
The Hawks were scheduled to play Sunday against the Cavaliers, but that game is postponed with five Cleveland players testing positive for COVID-19 on Sunday.

In the most recent matchup for the Hawks, Young had 34 points and 10 assists to notch his 100th career double-double in a 133-115 loss to the Denver Nuggets on Friday.
