Blazers vs Warriors: Back a Fully Healthy Portland

The Portland Trail Blazers will host the Golden State Warriors on Sunday night at the Moda Center with tipoff set for 9:00 PM ET. The Warriors are coming off a 124-120 home victory on Saturday over the Brooklyn Nets where Stephen Curry put the team on his back by scoring 37 points including 16 in the fourth quarter. Tonight, Golden State will try to win back-to-back games for the first time in more than six weeks. They will again be without Draymond Green who is currently suspended indefinitely. The Blazers have endured their own struggles, losing six straight games. They enter tonight off a 131-120 loss the the Mavericks last night. Starting power forward, Jerami Grant returned from a four-game absence to score 27 points. It was only the second time this year that Portland’s best players – Anfernee Simons, Deandre Ayton, Grant, and Malcolm Brogdon – have all played in the same game.

If you’re just getting started, here’s a great rundown on how to bet on NBA games.

Blazers vs Warriors Best Bets

Blazers +6 (-110 DraftKings)

Led by Curry, Klay Thompson, and Andrew Wiggins, and after a team meeting before Saturday’s game, the Warriors have the talent and the urgency to go on a run to improve their playoff standing. They have the Blazers number having won seven of the last eight meetings. That being said, they only defeated Portland at home by four points on December 6th. And that was with Draymond Green and the Blazers missing key players. Expect head coach Chauncey Billups to have the fully healthy Blazers ready to compete and keep this within the six-point spread.

Risk: 1.1 units on DraftKings to win 1 unit.
