The email is simply to inform you that we have received your registration and will be working to authenticate your account and determine eligibility. It doesn’t guarantee that you will be selected to receive a Knicks Fan First pre-sale code.
A second email will be sent to eligible participants on the day of the pre-sale containing a unique pre-sale code. All eligibility will be determined by MSG Sports, LLC in its discretion.
Pre-sale codes will be sent to eligible participants by the Knicks to the email address submitted during the registration process.
No. Registration just lets us know you are interested in buying tickets and allows us to authenticate your account and determine eligibility. Registering does not guarantee you will receive a Knicks Fan First pre-sale code or that you will be able to purchase tickets.
No. Receiving a pre-sale code does not guarantee you will be able to purchase tickets – it means that you’ll simply have access to enter the Knicks Fan First pre-sale. All tickets are subject to availability, and the ability to purchase is not guaranteed.
Eligible participants will receive an email on the day of the pre-sale with a unique code and a link to access the pre-sale. Service charges apply to all purchases. All purchases must be completed during the applicable pre-sale period.
No. Pre-sale codes may not be purchased, transferred or sold.
Depending on demand, it is possible that all tickets will be purchased during the Knicks Fan First pre-sale. In the event that tickets remain, there may be additional opportunities to purchase tickets.
A maximum of 4 tickets per game may be purchased by any customer during the pre-sale.
