Warriors and Accenture Enhance Fan Experience Through Fannovate

Have you ever wondered what it’d be like to play in an NBA basketball game? Have you ever envisioned walking into the locker room to the sight of your pristine jersey hanging from your locker? Have you ever pictured emerging from the players tunnel to the deafening sounds of Dub Nation?

If the answer to any of those questions is yes, well, you’re in luck.

As part of a newly announced, multi-year partnership, the Warriors and Accenture are bringing you closer to the action than ever before. All fans in attendance at Thursday’s game between the Warriors and Rockets will receive their very own virtual reality viewer as part of Fannovate – A Warriors and Accenture VR Experience.

Through Fannovate, fans can experience a game day in the life of the Warriors in virtual reality.

To take advantage of an elevated fan experience, simply follow the instructions to create the viewer.

Then, open the Warriors Mobile App and watch the virtual reality video on the 'Featured' tab.

Note: Make sure you have the most recent version of the Warriors app.

Not attending tonight’s game at Oracle Arena? You can still view the video in 360 on the Warriors’ Facebook or YouTube platforms.

Follow along and take the virtual journey from Warriors Headquarters to Golden State’s locker room at Oracle Arena. Get up close and personal with Kevin Durant as he dunks in warm-ups, and get right alongside Stephen Curry as he attempts to make his patented tunnel shot. See the players emerge from the tunnel as starting lineups are announced and feel the rush of energy emitting from the arena as tipoff approaches.

Very few of us will ever be able to say we’ve played in an NBA game. But tonight, thanks to Accenture, most can get closer than ever before.
