Know in advance you can’t make a game? As a Season Ticket Member you have the ability to trade in regular season game tickets during the 2023-24 season and receive an account credit to be used for additional tickets to be used for future game(s) during the 2023-24 season.
This benefit will offer Full and Half Season Ticket Members the ultimate flexibility for managing your tickets!
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
- Full season ticket members can trade in their season tickets for up to six (6) regular season games.
- Half season ticket members can trade in their season tickets for up to three (3) regular season games.
- Tickets are traded in for immediate credit on your account.
- 100% of the ticket purchase price will be credited if your tickets are traded in 21 or more days prior to the game date.
- 75% of the ticket purchase price will be credited if your tickets are traded in 8 to 20 days prior to the game date.
- Returns are not available within 7 days of the game date.

Please note the ability to use the account credit may not be available for select games. Those games are subject to change based on ticket availability.
Any balance paid toward a returned game can be used to purchase Thunder or Blue tickets during the same season. The account credit cannot be rolled over to the 2024-25 season or any current balance due on your season ticket plan. If the credit is not used by the end of the 2023-24 regular season, it will expire and will not be available for future seasons.
Additional single game tickets can be purchased immediately within the same session as you submit your trade-in. If not used within that same submission process, contact your account manager to use at a later date within the season. Please note, some games may have a higher valued ticket price compared to your membership ticket price.
Ticket Trade-In will not be available for the December 6 or 8 In-Season Tournament game.
If tickets are available, you may use that account credit in any way you see fit for tickets to future games. The account credit does not need to be the exact price range of your current seats. As an example, if you traded in two $50 tickets equaling a $100 account credit, you can use your credit for another game for four $25 tickets or one $100 ticket.
This benefit is currently only available for the primary account holder and unavailable for any transfer or resale tickets and is not available to known commercial resellers.
Trade-in functionality can only be done for games that are paid in full. If you still have a remaining balance on the game tickets you are trying to trade in, those tickets will not be eligible for trade-in.
Trade-in can only be done on your online account manager and does not work on the Thunder Mobile App.
