Thunder to Release Tickets for Second Half of Season

Oklahoma City, Monday, Dec. 6 – The Oklahoma City Thunder announced today single-game tickets for the second half of the 2010-11 regular season will go on sale to the general public on Monday, Dec. 13, at 10 a.m. Tickets may be purchased online at thunder.nba.com, by phone at (405) 208-HOOP (4667), at the Oklahoma City Arena box office or at any area Ticketmaster location, including Homeland stores. A maximum of eight tickets per game are available to each buyer.

Single-game tickets for the second half of the season include 18 home games beginning with the New York Knicks on Saturday, Jan. 22. Other highlights include NBA Western Conference opponents like the Denver Nuggets (April 8), Phoenix Suns (March 6), Los Angeles Clippers (February 22 and April 6) and the Thunder’s final regular-season game against the Milwaukee Bucks on April 13. Due to an increased season ticket base as well as increased package and group sales, tickets to the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat games are unavailable for single-game purchase.

The best way to secure tickets for those games is to participate in the Thunder Rewards Zone, in which the final 200 tickets are distributed. Twenty-five pairs of tickets will be provided, compliments of the Thunder, to fans chosen via a lottery system while another 75 pair of tickets will be made available for purchase for only $10 each. The Thunder Rewards Zone guarantees 200 tickets will be available for all Thunder home games.
