Thunder Advances to Western Conference Semifinals

OKLAHOMA CITY, April 25, 2016 – The Oklahoma City Thunder advanced to the 2016 Western Conference Semifinals after defeating the Dallas Mavericks 118-104 earlier tonight, winning the first-round series 4-1. The third-seeded Thunder will now play the second-seeded San Antonio Spurs.

The Thunder and Spurs will face-off starting on Saturday, April 30 in San Antonio (game time TBD) followed by Game 2 on Monday, May 2, at 8:30 p.m. (CT) at the AT&T Center. 

The series will then shift to Oklahoma City for Games 3 and 4. Game 3 will take place on Friday, May 6, at 8:30 p.m (CT) and Game 4 on Sunday, May 8, at 7 p.m (CT) at Chesapeake Energy Arena. If necessary, Games 5, 6, and 7 will be played at alternating sites beginning with a road contest on Tuesday, May 10 followed by Game 6 in Oklahoma City on Thursday, May 12 and concluding with Game 7 in San Antonio on Sunday, May 15. The game times for Games 5, 6, and 7 will be determined should the games become necessary.

Games 1 and 2 will be broadcast on TNT with Game 3 shifting to ESPN before returning to TNT for Game 4. Following each game on TNT or ESPN, Fox Sports Oklahoma will carry a postgame edition of Thunder Live with reaction and analysis. Additionally, all games can be heard on the Thunder Radio Network, led by WWLS The Sports Animal.

Tickets for Games 3 and 4 of Round 2 of the 2016 NBA Playoffs will go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 29, at 10 a.m. (CT). To best serve our regional fans, tickets sold directly from the team will only be available to fans with billing zip codes in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
