Rumble To Make National Debut on Cartoon Network

OKLAHOMA CITY, May 14, 2010 – The Cartoon Network will begin airing a 60-second promotional clip starring Oklahoma City’s Rumble the Bison today. The spot is the newest addition to the network’s “Skill Set” series, which takes kids behind the scenes of the NBA.

Rumble’s promotional spot will run five to 10 times a week through the middle of June. Cartoon Network shot the spot with Rumble at the Ford Center earlier in April.

“Such an honor and humbling to be chosen by Cartoon Network for ‘Skill Set’ commercial,” Rumble stated on his Twitter account.

Other “Skill Set” spotlights include Atlanta Hawks players Jamal Crawford and Al Horford. Rumble will be the only NBA mascot highlighted for the 2009-10 season.
