OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 26, 2016 – The Oklahoma City Thunder has assigned forwards Josh Huestis and Mitch McGary to the Oklahoma City Blue of the NBA Development League, it was announced today by Executive Vice President and General Manager Sam Presti.
Huestis has appeared in 15 games (all starts) for the Blue this season, averaging 12.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, 0.8 assists and 1.20 blocks in 32.7 minutes per game.
McGary has played in 16 games (nine starts) for the Blue this season and recorded averages of 14.6 points, 9.0 rebounds, 1.2 assist and 1.25 steals in 25.2 minutes per contest.
Both players are expected to be in uniform tomorrow afternoon when the Blue hosts the Austin Spurs at the Cox Convention Center at 1 p.m.
