Homeland Stores To Sell Single-Game Tickets Early

Oklahoma City, Tuesday, September 22, 2009 -- The Oklahoma City Thunder announced today that single-game tickets for the first half of the 2009-10 regular season games will be available in a special presale on Saturday, Sept. 26 at all metro Oklahoma City Homeland stores beginning at 9 a.m.

Tickets will go on sale for the preseason and 21 regular season games up to and including the Jan. 16 game against the Miami Heat. Highlights of the early home schedule include Opening Night against the Sacramento Kings on Oct. 28, the Los Angeles Lakers on Nov. 3, the Boston Celtics on Dec. 4, and the only visit by the Los Angeles Clippers on Nov. 15. The first half of the schedule includes all three Saturday games and New Year’s Eve match up against the Utah Jazz.

Single-game tickets are available at all prices levels, starting as low as $10. Similar to last year, the Thunder will hold back approximately 200 tickets for walkup sales on game day.

Any remaining tickets will be released to the general public on Tuesday, Sept. 29 for purchase via thunder.nba.com, at the Ford Center box office and by phone.

In addition to the single-game ticket sales, Thunder Girls will be on hand at several Homeland stores on Saturday. The 2009 NBA Mascot of the Year Rumble will join members of the dance team at the Homeland store located on Britton and May Ave. in Oklahoma City.
