“We have been working at it for a long time. R.C. (Buford) and I felt that it was important that there were a lot of good players in the world. It has just been something in our DNA, and we enjoy doing it and are committed to it. We have done a great job at feeling guys out, finding players that play the way we want to play, and have that fiber that we are looking for. If there was a formula, everyone would have it. The subjectivity of it makes it more of an art.”
