SAN ANTONIO – SUIT UP, the Spurs 2010-11 season, presented by H-E-B, tips-off with an opening week of games vs. Indiana and New Orleans, giveaways for every fan in attendance and an OVERTIME set to ‘country rock’ the AT&T Center!
The fun begins on opening night when the Spurs take on the Indiana Pacers, Wednesday, Oct. 27 at 7:30 p.m. for a white-out at the AT&T Center. Courtesy of H-E-B and AT&T, every fan will receive a white SUIT UP Spurs t-shirt to wear and white-out the Pacers on opening night. Fans are encouraged to come early and enjoy the pregame festivities in the Bud Light Courtyard at 5:30 p.m. and stay late for an OVERTIME performance by The Video Stars after the game in the Bud Light Courtyard.
On Saturday, Oct. 30 at 7:30 p.m., the festivities continue when the Spurs welcome the New Orleans Hornets to the AT&T Center. To help fans get in the Halloween spirit, every fan in attendance will receive a free SUIT UP black Spurs t-shirt, courtesy of Kia Motors. Fans of all ages are encouraged to dress up for Halloween and participate in a costume contest to find the most creative costumes of the night, while kids ages 12-and-under will be able Trick-or-Treat in the Bud Light Courtyard starting at 5:30 p.m.
The fun continues after the final buzzer when Texas country music legend Pat Green returns to the AT&T Center for a special OVERTIME concert in the Bud Light Courtyard on Saturday. All fans with a ticket to Saturday’s game are invited to keep the party going two hours after the game. Green, long a Texas country music favorite, rose to national prominence with the release of his 2003 mega hit “Wave On Wave. His most recent CD What I’m For, debuted at #2 on the Billboard Country Charts and spawned several hit singles including “Let Me” and the CD’s title track “What I’m For”.
