SAN ANTONIO - The San Antonio Spurs today announced that they have recalled guard Nando De Colo and forward Malcolm Thomas from the Austin Toros of the NBA Development League.
Both players made their third appearance for the Toros this season this past Saturday when they led Austin to a 131-94 home victory over the Delaware 87ers.
De Colo led all scorers with 31 points while adding 9 assists , 6 rebounds and 4 steals. In three games with the Toros this season, De Colo is averaging 30.7 points, 7.3 rebounds, 7.7 assists and 4.3 steals while shooting .604 (32-53) from the field and .429 (9-21) from three-point range.
Thomas recorded 22 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks. In five total D-League games this season, Thomas is averaging 25.6 points, 12.4 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 3.4 blocks.
