The San Antonio Spurs today announced that they have recalled center Aron Baynes and guard Nando De Colo from the Austin Toros of the NBA Development League.
Both players made their second appearance for the Toros this season on Sunday afternoon when they led Austin to a 116-87 home victory over the Reno Bighorns.
De Colo led all scorers with 32 points while adding 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals. In two games with the Toros this season, De Colo is averaging 30.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 4.5 steals while shooting .594 (22-37) from the field and .461 (6-13) from three-point range.
Baynes posted a double-double on Sunday with 21 points and 11 rebounds. In two games with Austin this season, Baynes is averaging 22.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.5 blocks.
