Matt Bonner Hosts Bud Light Overtime on April 12

SAN ANTONIO (April 4, 2012) – Spurs forward Matt Bonner will host Bud Light OVERTIME and treat Spurs fans to a special performance by The Hold Steady after the Spurs take on the Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday, April 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the AT&T Center. As one of his favorite bands, Bonner personally invited The Hold Steady to perform at OVERTIME.

The Hold Steady is an American indie rock band from Brooklyn, New York. The band consists of Craig Finn (vocals, guitar), Tad Kubler (lead guitar), Galen Polivka (bass), Bobby Drake (drums), and Steve Selvidge (guitar). They have performed on the David Letterman Show and the Colbert Report. The bands third album,Boys and Girls in America was ranked #8 on the Rolling Stone Best Albums of 2006 list.

OVERTIME, presented by Bud Light, is the official after party of the Spurs that features live music, drink specials in the Express-News Headlines and entertainment for two-hours after the game.
