SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Spurs today announced that they have assigned T.J. Ford to the Austin Toros of the NBA Development League as he continues his rehabilitation process from a torn left hamstring he suffered at Milwaukee on Jan. 10.
Ford will practice with the Toros today in San Antonio at the Spurs practice facility. He is scheduled to rejoin the Spurs tomorrow.
Ford has averaged 4.5 points, 2.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in two games since returning from injury on March 2.
