MIAMI, February 18 – The Miami HEAT announced today that they have traded guard Brian Roberts and a future second-round draft pick to Portland for cash considerations.
Roberts was originally acquired by the HEAT in a three-team trade involving the Memphis Grizzlies and Charlotte Hornets on February 16 in which Miami sent Chris Andersen and two conditional future second-round picks to Memphis and the Grizzlies sent Courtney Lee to the Hornets in exchange for PJ Hairston and two future second-round picks.
