Chicago Bulls tip off 2013-14 season with Fan Fest and opening night entertainment

Update: Bulls fans, Mother Nature has decided to rain out the Fan Fest previously scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 31. The good news is the real action will take place inside the United Center when the Chicago Bulls host the New York Knicks at 7 p.m. Come dressed in your best costume and enjoy themed concourse activities and a halftime “Bulls Halloween Spooktacular,” a one-of-a-kind production presented by Bud Light.
