WHY:

Through Moda Esperanza, women and single mothers in Honduras are empowered by earning a fair wage by turning recycled pop tabs into beautiful purses, belts, bracelets and other fashionable accessories. The charity is currently empowering 36 women in Honduras to make the products.

Moda Esperanza works with various organizations and individuals to collect the pop tabs and sells and ships the products through their partnership with Bright Endeavors.

New Moms, Inc. is a non-profit organization with a mission and purpose to enable, empower, and equip homeless and near-homeless teenage mothers and their children. New Moms, Inc. offers intensive internship opportunities through Bright Endeavors.

RMHC-CNI improves the health, well-being and education of children. The four Houses provide a “home away from home” to keep families together while their child is receiving medical treatment far from home.

The profits made from the sales of these products are 100% charitable. For more information on the charities benefiting from the sale of these items, please visit www.modaesperanza.com, www.newmomsinc.org, and www.rmhccni.org.
