The Milwaukee Bucks invite fans to attend the “World’s Largest Draft Party (WLDP),” presented by BMO Harris Bank, on Thursday, June 26, from 6 – 8 p.m. at Milwaukee’s Summerfest, the “World’s Largest Music Festival”.
The event is in conjunction with the 2014 NBA Draft – scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. – in which the Bucks own the 2nd, 31st, 36th and 48th picks. Fans will be able to follow all the draft coverage on a 16–by–9–foot video screen next to the Marcus Amphitheater entrance, outside JoJo’s Martini Lounge. A full menu of Bucks entertainment will be staged at the WLDP beginning at 6 p.m. The two-hour event will feature Bango, the Milwaukee Bucks Dancers, Hoop Troop and other surprises throughout the night.
Admission to the World’s Largest Draft Party is free with admission to Summerfest.
Throughout the Summerfest schedule, the “Bucks Experience Show,” featuring current players and Bucks legends, will be held at the Gruber Law Offices SportsZone with 620 WTMJ radio near the midgate entrance. The television voice of the Bucks, Jim Paschke, will host the one-hour Bucks Experience shows, which will also feature other Bucks entertainment acts including the Milwaukee Bucks Dancers and Grand Dancers, Rim Rockers, and of course Bango. A complete schedule of Bucks performances at the Gruber Law Offices SportsZone will be announced in the coming days.
