Thrilling buzzer beaters have been one of the most memorable moments of the 2012-13 Milwaukee Bucks campaign. Monta Ellis created another one of those moments with his game winning shot in Houston on February 27, 2013.
The following morning I discovered a fabulous photo taken by Bill Baptist for NBA Entertainment and Getty Images. The photograph captures Monta Ellis running off the court pointing towards the locker room and the dejected look of the Houtson Rockets faithful. Upon closer inspection, something in the crowd stuck out. An exuberant Bucks fan reveling in the victory made the photo a treat.
So we discovered our exuberant Bucks fan thanks to the power of Twitter. After a few e-mails with a co-worker of his, I decided a wallpaper wasn't enough and put together a gift package for him. A few days later Zach received his package with a personalized copy of the photo autographed by Monta Ellis.
It was a nice way to cap off our Texas Two-Step road trip and provide an unforgettable moment for a Bucks fan.
