RRyan Allen

Ryan Allen – UW-Milwaukee – Senior
9/27/88 -- 6’3” – 200 lbs – Forward

  • Named to the Horizon League All-Defensive Team as a senior after recording a single-season school record 40 blocked shots.
  • Posted five blocked shots against UIC during his senior year, establishing a single-game record for UWM in Division I play.
  • Played his two first collegiate seasons at Motlow State Community College in Tennessee and Vincennes University in Indiana.
  • The brother of Tony Allen, who plays for the Memphis Grizzlies.

Dominique Ferguson

Dominique Ferguson – Florida International – Sophomore
5/31/90 -- 6’9” – 210 lbs – Forward

  • Led FIU in total rebounds (179) and ranked No. 2 on the squad in blocked shots (1.0 bpg) during the 2011-12 season.
  • Moved to No. 8 all-time in blocked shots at FIU (59) for his career.
  • Ranked as high as the No. 8 recruit in the class of 2010 by ESPN/Scouts Inc., and No. 23 by Rivals.

DeQuan Jones

DeQuan Jones – Miami – Senior
6/20/90 -- 6’8” – 221 lbs – Guard/Forward

  • Appeared in 111 games (35 starts) during his time at Miami, scoring 508 points, accumulating 53 assists, blocking 51 shots and recording 52 steals over his career.
  • As a senior, he made it to the semifinals of the 24th Annual State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships at the Final Four with his dunking abilities.
  • Was described in his Miami bio as “The most explosive athlete on the squad with dynamic hops.”

Quincy Miller

Quincy Miller – Baylor – Freshman
11/18/92 -- 6’9” – 210 lbs – Forward

  • Miller was the 2012 Big 12 Co-Freshman of the Year, sharing the honor with Le'Bryan Nash of Oklahoma State.
  • Averaged 10.6 points and 4.9 rebounds over 24.4 minutes in 37 games (35 starts) in a season in which Baylor made a run to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Championship.
  • Also earned Big 12 Freshman of the Year honors from Sporting News, an Honorable Mention All-Big 12 selection, and a unanimous Big 12 All-Rookie choice by the league coaches.

John Shurna

John Shurna – Northwestern – Senior
4/30/90 -- 6’9” – 215 lbs – Forward

  • Ranks first all-time in Northwestern history in scoring (2,038 points), games played (130), and blocked shots (136).
  • Earned Honorable Mention All-American honors from The Associated Press and First Team All-Big Ten honors as a senior.
  • His senior season, Shurna ranked first on team in scoring (20.0 ppg), rebounds (5.4 rpg) and blocks (1.7 bpg), while ranking second in assists (2.8 apg).

Alex Young

Alex Young – IUPUI – Senior
10/17/89 -- 6’6” – 212 lbs – Guard/Forward

  • Finished his career ranked third in IUPUI and fourth in Summit League history with 2,286 points.
  • IUPUI’s all-time leader in career minutes played at the Division I level.
  • Named First Team All-Summit League by the league's coaches, media and sports information personnel following each of his final three seasons at IUPUI.
  • Let the Jaguars and ranked 14th in the nation in scoring (20.4 ppg) during his senior season.
