Wes Washpun – Northern Iowa – Senior

03/26/93 – 6’1” – 175 lbs – Guard

  • Averaged 14.2 points, 5.3 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 34.5 minutes over 36 games (all starts) as a senior in 2015-16
  • Named Most Outstanding Player of the 2016 Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Tournament after averaging 16.3 points on 51.4 percent shooting from the field
  • Selected to the 2016 All-MVC Second Team
  • Set Northern Iowa record for most assists in a season with 190 in 2015-16
  • Earned MVC’s Sixth Man Award and All-MVC Honorable Mention as a junior in 2014-15

 

Fred VanVleet – Wichita State – Senior

02/25/94 – 6’0” – 195 lbs – Guard

  • Finished college career ranked first all-time at Wichita State in assists (637) and steals (225), and 15th for points scored (1,439)
  • Named Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Player of the Year both in 2016 as a senior and in 2014 as a sophomore
  • Selected to the MVC First Team and named to the MVC All-Defensive Team in three consecutive seasons (2014, 2015, 2016)
  • Posted double-figure scoring in 21 of 31 contests in 2015-16

 

Retin Obasohan – Alabama – Senior

07/06/93 – 6’2” – 210 lbs – Guard

  • Started all 33 games in 2015-16 and averaged 17.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.4 steals as a senior
  • Named the 2016 SEC Scholar Athlete of the Year and received CoSIDA First Team Academic All-District honors
  • Selected to the 2016 All-SEC First Team and named to the 2016 SEC All-Defensive Team
  • Scored in double-figures in 27 games in 2015-16 and posted 20+ points 14 times

 

Marcus Georges-Hunt – Georgia Tech – Senior

03/28/94 – 6’5” – 220 lbs – Guard

  • Finished Georgia Tech career ranked 11th all-time in scoring (1,728 points), and first in games started (129) and played (130)
  • Named to the 2016 All-ACC Third Team as a senior
  • Averaged 16.7 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.3 assists as a senior in 2015-16
  • Ranked 10th nationally in free throw attempts and set Georgia Tech record for both free throws made (205) and attempted (249) in 2015-16
  • Had 29 double-figure scoring outings in 2015-16, including 12 games with 20+ points

 

Cinmeon Bowers – Auburn – Senior

6’7” – 260 lbs – Forward

  • Averaged 10.5 points and 9.6 rebounds to go along with 1.6 assists and 1.0 steals in 28.5 minutes over 30 games (20 starts) as a senior in 2015-16
  • Ranked second in the SEC for a second consecutive season with 9.6 rebounds per game (17th in NCAA) and ranked third in the SEC with 14 double-doubles
  • Played two seasons at Chipola College (2012-13, 2013-14) before transferring to Auburn
  • Native of Racine and played high school basketball for Rufus King International School in Milwaukee
