The Minnesota Timberwolves Hero of the Pack program honors military veterans and retirees who illustrate outstanding service and dedication to our country.

We welcome you to submit a nominee to be considered as our Hero of the Pack honoree for an upcoming Timberwolves game. Recipients are recognized during an on-court presentation and given four tickets to the game.

Please take a few minutes to complete the form below and provide as much detail as possible. Your answers will be used in various aspects of the Hero of the Pack program and will be used when reviewing the nomination form.
