Dunkin Donuts Drink 5 to Watch the Starting 5 PROMOTION
(1) Promotion is open to all purchasers, who must purchase 5 Dunkin Donuts large hot beverages, who must be 21 years of age or older and reside within 75 miles of the District of Columbia. (2) Purchaser must collect receipts for 5 Dunkin Donuts large hot beverages and mail, together with purchaser’s name. address, telephone number and e-mail address, to Washington Wizards Customer Service Department, 601 F St. NW, Wash, DC 20004. (3) All entries must be postmarked by April 11, 2008. (4) The first 1,000 people who submit information in its entirety and receipts for 5 Dunkin Donuts large hot beverages will receive 2 tickets (as determined by the Washington Wizards). (5) Any improperly completed information form is voidable and shall not be redeemable. (6) Employees and immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Washington Sports and Entertainment, LP, the Washington Wizards, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents are ineligible. (7) This promotion will run from March 14, 2008 through April 11, 2008 or while supplies last. (8) Only one entry per household. (9) This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions and is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. (9) No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of is permitted except at the team’s option. (10) By participating, you agree to follow these Official Rules (which may be amended without notice) of the Washington Wizards Dunkin Donuts Drink 5 to Watch the Starting 5 Promotion and (11) hold harmless and release Washington Sports & Entertainment, LP, the Washington Wizards, and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) your participation, (ii) or the use or interception of information related to or resulting from the information that you provide. (12) In consideration of the purchase of the purchase of 5 Dunking Donuts large hot beverages, purchaser hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of purchaser’s name, voice and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Washington Sports & Entertainment, LP, the Washington Wizards, and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates. (13) Promotion void where prohibited. (14) All decisions made by Washington Sports & Entertainment, LP are final. Offer valid while supplies last.
