Playing for the first time in eight days, the Spurs opened their second-round matchup on Tuesday with a 108-92 win over the Los Angeles Clippers at the AT&T Center. Tim Duncan led the way with 26 points and 10 rebounds while Manu Ginobili scored 22 and Kawhi Leonard added 16. The Spurs have now won 15 straight games.
