New Orleans Hornets fans can join in the excitement of the upcoming NBA Draft as the team hosts a 2012 Draft Party presented by Budweiser at the New Orleans Arena (1501 Girod St.) on Thursday, June 28. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and fans can watch draft coverage starting at 6:30 p.m. on ESPN as the Hornets will make the first selection in the 2012 NBA Draft.
In addition to the first pick, the Hornets will also pick at the #10 slot in this years draft.
The Hornets Draft Party presented by Budweiser will feature live music by the Brass-a-Holics, interactive games and Hornets Nest merchandise specials. Hugo and the Honeybees dance squad will be on hand to sign autographs and interact with fans and the event will also include appearances by Hornets broadcasters.
Hornets season tickets for the 2012-2013 season are now on sale and fans can learn more about becoming a Hornets Krewe Member by visiting Hornets.com or by calling a Hornets Season Ticket Account Executive at 504-525-HOOP.
