Five things to know about the Pelicans on Feb. 4, 2016

1)      New Orleans (18-30) hosts the Los Angeles Lakers (10-41) at 8:30 tonight in the Smoothie King Center. The game will be televised nationally by TNT, the second half of the network’s weekly doubleheader. It’s Kobe Bryant’s penultimate game in New Orleans. Limited tickets are available.

2)      The Pelicans fought the Spurs hard for three-plus quarters last night, but San Antonio emerged with a 110-97 victory, No. 36 in a row at home.

3)      Watch postgame reaction from Alvin Gentry and Jrue Holiday.

4)      Tune in to WRNO 99.5 FM tonight, starting at 7:30, for extensive Pelicans programming. The weekly Alvin Gentry half-hour radio show begins at 7:30, followed by pregame coverage at 8.
