Brooklyn Nets Announce 2014 Preseason Schedule

Brooklyn, NY – The Brooklyn Nets will open their 2014-15 campaign with a six-game preseason schedule, which includes three home contests played at Barclays Center, Nets General Manager Billy King announced today.

The preseason slate opens on October 7th in Brooklyn, when the Nets will play host to 6-time Euroleague Champions Maccabi Tel Aviv, with tip at 7:30 p.m. The Nets will play two additional home preseason games, including a back-to-back against Boston and Philadelphia. The Nets will host the Celtics on Sunday, October 19th for a 3:00 p.m. matinee matchup, and then entertain the 76ers on Monday October 20th at 7:30 p.m.

All Access and Full Season ticket packages can be purchased by calling 718-NETS-TIX or by logging onto Brooklynnets.com. Groups Tickets for the Maccabi Tel Aviv game are now on-sale by calling 855-476-8725.

The Nets will also take part in the NBA Global Games, as they will travel with the Sacramento Kings to China for preseason games in Shanghai on October 12th and Beijing on October 15th. The trip will mark the second time in franchise history that the team will play in China, as the Nets previously played in Beijing and Guangzhou in 2010.

The Nets will complete their preseason schedule on Wednesday, October 22 with a road contest at Boston, game time at 7:30 p.m.
