A Message from CEO Brett Yormark on Opening of The HSS Training Center

Dear Fans,

Today marks a momentous day for the Brooklyn Nets as we open the world-class Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) Training Center in Industry City in Brooklyn. We are proud to provide our players with the finest amenities and medical care, and to turn a historic waterfront warehouse into a state-of-the-art practice facility designed to maximize performance, prevention, and recovery.

HSS Training Center also unifies the entire organization, with Barclays Center, our business headquarters, and practice site all within our great borough.

HSS Training Center further demonstrates ownership’s commitment to building a winning team and developing a successful culture. In fact, in the near future we anticipate announcing our new general manager, which will complete a diligent process to bring the best candidate to Brooklyn.

On the court, we are looking forward to an improved second half of the season. While Brook Lopez and Thaddeus Young are having solid years, we are thrilled that our first-round draft choice, Chris McCullough, returned to the court before the All-Star break. Talented rookie Rondae Hollis-Jefferson is expected to be back soon, as well.

Thanks very much for your continued support and we are looking forward to an exciting future together.

Best,

Brett Yormark

CEO, Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment
