2. A lot of people don’t know what you put yourself through during the summer to get ready for the season and improve your game. What was a typical day like for you in Las Vegas during your three-a-day workouts?

ARRON: ``It was an around-the-clock type of training camp that I put myself through. I had catered food brought in specific to my diet. I had basketball-specific drills in the mornings. Then, I would play with some other pros at the Vegas gym in the afternoons. And then at night there were some really intense boxing and weight-lifting sessions. It was an Olympic weight-lifting style of workout and it all really helped me out a lot. I did it for 12 weeks. It was a full three months and it got me ready for the season.’’
