1. What person or persons have had the biggest impact on your life and have been motivating presences for you?
ARRON: ``Honestly, it’s my father (Benjamin) and my best friend, Michael Pagan, who have been the biggest motivators in my life. Michael was always a friend who I could talk to about all of the pain that I’ve been in through in the NBA. I can tell him about the things that go on in my career and he’s felt everything that I have gone through. He’s been such a good motivator for me by pushing me to succeed. We’ve known each other since I was five years old and went to kindergarten together. We’re still really close.’’
