Willie Cauley-Stein Goes Through Solo Workout

In preparation for the 2015 NBA Draft, the Charlotte Hornets held their tenth draft workout on June 19 with Willie Cauley-Stein (Kentucky) in to showcase his skills in front of the Hornets basketball operations staff.

During his career, Stein earned 2015 Consensus First-Team All-American, 2015 NABC National Defensive Player of the Year, 2015 NBC Sports National Defensive Player of the Year, 2015 AP All-America First Team, 2015 USBWA All-America First Team, 2015 NABC All-America First Team, 2015 Rupp Award All-America, 2015 Midwest Region All-Tournament team, 2015 USA Today All-America First Team, 2015 SEC Defensive Player of the Year, 2015 All-SEC First Team, 2015 All-SEC Defensive Team, 2014 All-SEC Defensive Team and 2013 All-SEC Freshman Team, and became the first player in UK history to amass 200 or more blocks and 100 or more steals. In his final season with the Wildcats, he started in all 39 games, where he led UK in steals (47), while ranking second in blocked shots (67). As a junior, he notched career-best marks in starts, minutes per game, free-throw percentage, rebounds, assists, steals and points.
