HEAT Fans – have you noticed the White Hot Basketball Hoops just outside the main entrance of AmericanAirlines Arena? When the playoffs began, 16 of them were wrapped in white representing a countdown of the games needed to win the 2013 NBA Championship. One by one, the Hoops have been removed and taken to an undisclosed location. HEAT fans have had to stay tuned to the team’s social media channels (@MiamiHEAT, Facebook.com/MiamiHEAT) as the Hoops’ locations are announced exclusively via social media.
