MIAMI, September 30 – The Miami HEAT have finalized their preseason training camp roster, with the signing of free agent Charlie Westbrook. Per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. The roster now stands at 20.
The HEAT will begin practice tomorrow at The Atlantis Paradise Island Resort in the Bahamas.
