As part of the Grizzlies Season of Giving, Memphis Grizzlies forward Quincy Pondexter continued his Random Acts of Q-Ness on Sunday, Nov. 18 at New Direction Christian Church /Power Center Academy (6120 Winchester Road Memphis 38115) by distributing 400 Thanksgiving food baskets to his Twitter followers and Memphis-area families.
The food baskets included ham, turkey, macaroni and cheese, stuffing, green beans, cornbread, cranberry sauce and brownie mix. The Memphis Grizzlies Season of Giving includes Grizzlies players, coaches, family members and staff teaming with community partners to make a difference in the lives of children and families by hosting several charitable events throughout November and December.
