Cavaliers Announce Entitlement to Exclusive Venue Space

Where Players, Entertainers, Platinum Suite Holders
and High-Profile Visitors Enjoy Private Access Privileges to
Quicken Loans Arena

The Cleveland Cavaliers have announced a unique new entitlement partnership to one of the most exclusive venue spaces at Quicken Loans Arena. Formerly known as the underground service area, or “U.S.A.”— it is now the “Morris V.I.P. Parking” area. The multi-year partnership between the Cavs and Morris Cadillac-Buick-GMC gives naming rights to the private access route into the arena for key stakeholders.

A world of its own located beneath Quicken Loans Arena, the 55,000-square foot multi-purpose space is the designated parking area for Cavs players, entertainers performing at The Q and other high-profile visitors. VIP parking privileges are also a prime benefit for Cavs Platinum Suite Holders. In addition to being an exclusive parking area during Cavs games and other arena events, the space serves as the docking station for broadcast trucks and can accommodate parking for a combination of 26 tour buses or semi-trucks, making it a busy thoroughfare for behind-the-scenes activity.

“The Cavs are pleased to announce the ‘Morris V.I.P. Parking’ area naming rights to The Q’s private underground entrance,” said Kerry Bubolz, Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena president of business operations. “This entitlement is unique in that it offers very targeted, but high-impact exposure to a space that is accessible to only credentialed individuals. Nowhere else in the arena do you get a more diverse group of VIPs coming and going.”

The partnership agreement includes a package of prominent branded signage strategically placed in the underground area and adjoining entry way into The Q.

• Five 10’x10’ “Morris V.I.P. Parking” banners above the parking spaces
• One 8’x12’ banner featuring a Morris Cadillac-Buick-GMC vehicle inside The Q facing the members-only V.I.P. Court Club
• Four column wraps
• Walkway ramp and door graphics

In addition, branded parking passes and hangtags will be issued for all authorized vehicles.

“When the Cavaliers shared the opportunity for a VIP parking area with me, I jumped at the idea,” said Robert Morris, president of Morris Cadillac-Buick-GMC. “Treating our Morris Buick GMC and Cadillac customers like VIPs each and every day is the way we strive to do business. Programs like ‘Experience Buick and Cadillac Shield’ are specifically engineered to provide customers the finest ownership experience in the business. Just like the Cavaliers, we make it easy and enjoyable for our customers.”
