All donation requests must be submitted online. Click Here to access the Cavaliers Donation Request Form. Written or phone requests are not accepted. Only 501(c)(3) organizations are eligible for donations of autographed merchandise.

We are unable to have such items signed, as we will not be responsible for lost items.

In order to fulfill as many requests as possible, we will only provide one item per organization per calendar year.

Due to the volume of requests we receive, we will only make donations to organizations in Ohio.

The Cavaliers Community Foundation accepts letters of inquiry on a year-round basis. Grants will be awarded biannually in the months of November and April.
