Cavaliers Bringing First NBA Preseason Action to Canton

The Cleveland Cavaliers will begin preparations for the 2012-13 NBA regular season with a preseason matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday, October 9th at 7:00 p.m. at the Canton Memorial Civic Center. The contest marks the Cavaliers’ first visit to Canton, home of their exclusively owned and operated NBA Development League affiliate, the Canton Charge.

“This is an exciting situation for us to be able to bring a Cavaliers preseason game to Canton and continue to build and develop the deeper, long term relationship we want to have with our fans here and the community at large,” said Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena President Len Komoroski.
