Dating back to January 15, 2015, the Cavs are 36-8 in 44 regular season games against the West and 20-2 at The Q over that stretch.

Cleveland improved to an Eastern Conference-best 52-21 on the season after their 107-93 win in New York on Saturday. Defensively, the Cavs held the Knicks to 33-79 (.418) shooting from the field for 93 points and now rank 3rd in the NBA in opponent points per game (97.9).

Cleveland also ranks 1st in opponent fastbreak points per contest (10.5) and had a 15-2 edge in that department in the win over the Knicks.

The Wine and Gold will look to keep their momentum from Saturday night going against a struggling Rockets squad on Tuesday.

Houston (36-38) is clinging to the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference despite losing four of their last five contests.

The Rockets are led by their All-Star guard, James Harden, whom over his past 31 games is averaging 30.2 points, 8.5 assists and 7.2 rebounds.
