Cleveland is 31-6 in its last 37 regular season games against Western Conference opponents, including 17-5 in 2015-16. The Wine and Gold have also won 18 of their last 19 regular season games over the West at The Q (10-1 this season).

For the 6th time this season, the Cavs topped the 120-point mark in their 120-103 win over Boston on Saturday night when they shot 42-82 (.512) from the field and had 27 assists. The Cavs are 33-3 this season when scoring 100 points or more, 18-0 when shooting at least .500 from the field and an NBA-best 27-1 when dishing out at least 23 assists.

The Wine and Gold will need that same ball movement against the always gritty Grizzlies defense.

The Grizzlies (37-25) enter Monday's contest on the second half of a back-to-back after falling to the Phoenix Suns, 109-100, on Sunday afternoon in Memphis.

Prior to Sunday's loss, the Grizz had won five of their last six games despite injuries to key rotation players, Marc Gasol and Tony Allen, due in large part to the consistent play of point guard, Mike Conley. Conley leads all qualifying NBA players with a 4.07 assist/turnover ratio while averaging a team-high 6.1 assists and 15.2 points per game.

Head-to-Head Matchup

Cleveland has won three straight games over Memphis, which includes a 106-76 win in the first meeting on October 28. The 30-point win was the Cavs largest margin of victory against the Grizzlies in team history. In the win, Cleveland held Memphis to 29-82 (.354) shooting from the field and outrebounded them 54-40.

Offensively, the Wine and Gold connected on 13-29 (.448) shots from beyond the arc, dished out 29 assists and had five players score in double figures.

They also had advantages in points in the paint (48-36), second chance points (14-7), fast break points (26-8) and bench scoring (50-29).

Over the last three games versus Memphis, the Cavs have outscored the Grizzlies by an average of 22.0 points (107.3-85.3), while outshooting them from the field (.533-.415) and from the three-point line (.442-.143).

Cleveland has also had the edge in rebounding (45.3-36.7) and assists (31.0-19.3). The defense over that stretch has allowed a combined 7-49 (.143) shooting from beyond the arc and no more than 91 points.

The Cavs have won by at least 14 points in each of the three contests.
