CLEVELAND-July 4th, 2007 - The Cleveland Cavaliers will participate in the 2007 NBA Summer League, playing a five-game schedule, the team announced today.
The Cavaliers have assembled a summer league team of free agents and young veterans to participate in the League, which will be held July 6-15 in Las Vegas, NV. This marks the fourth consecutive year that the Cavaliers will compete in the League.
The Cavaliers will open summer league play with an NBA Finals rematch against the San Antonio Spurs, followed by a game against Team China which is making its first appearance in summer league play. Cleveland will also face off against the Phoenix Suns, Memphis Grizzlies and Washington Wizards to wrap up summer league action.
