Cleveland Cavaliers Guard Eric Snow Accepting Registration For 4th Annual Shoot for the Moon Summer Basketball Day Camp

CLEVELAND, OH - March 18th, 2008 - Cleveland Cavaliers guard, co-captain and Canton, Ohio native, Eric Snow will once again spend a week of teaching the game of basketball to area boys and girls ages 8-14 as part of his 4th Annual Shoot for the Moon Summer Basketball Day Camp. The 13-year NBA veteran will also be joined again by NBA and Cavaliers legend Michael “Campy” Russell, who will be providing individual instruction alongside of long-time NBA pro and former New York Knicks Director of Player Personnel Sedric Toney.

The camp is scheduled for July 7-11, 2008 and will be hosted at the Twinsburg Fitness and Community Center in Twinsburg, Ohio. Parents are urged to take advantage of the early registration period which has group discounts of up to $100 per camper. The general cost per camper will be $275 for the entire camp.

Participants can expect a high level of skill development, team competition, and individual instruction. There will also be special visits by two additional Cavaliers legends, including a shooting lecture by College Basketball Hall of Fame inductee Austin Carr and a rebounding demonstration by Jim Chones. All camp participants can expect to get autographs and photos with the visiting legends along with a surprise appearance from a current NBA player.

Applications will also be available at the Quicken Loans Arena during Cavaliers home games in the month of April and throughout the playoffs.
