CHICAGO -- Cavs guard Iman Shumpert practiced Wednesday and coach Tyronn Lue said he thought Shumpert would play against the Bulls Thursday.

Shumpert has missed the past two games with right knee soreness.

"He practiced today, full practice," Lue mentioned.

Richard Jefferson said he didn't practice Wednesday because of some knee tendonitis. Kyle Korver (left foot soreness) didn't practice, but will work out before Friday's game with the hope of playing Sunday. - CLICK HERE to read full story.

LeBron James wants to 'keep playing the same amount of minutes' as regular season winds down
Author: Chris Fedor

CHICAGO -- Before the start of the season, Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue, LeBron James and the staff devised a plan for managing James' regular-season workload.

He was going to play a lot of minutes early in the season and then throttle down as the playoffs approach. The goal was to be healthy, fresh and rested for yet another title quest. It was expected to start around now, with nine games remaining.

But the plan has changed.

"He don't want the taper," Lue said following the team's practice Wednesday afternoon at Roosevelt University. "It's crazy because earlier in the season he said, 'I wanted to play this amount of minutes,' now he's saying 'I need to get in playoff shape so I need to continue to keep playing the same amount of minutes.' We'll see how it goes." - CLICK HERE to read full story.

Kyrie Irving is frustrated by Cavaliers' poor month and let it rip
Author: Joe Vardon
Publication: Cleveland.com

CHICAGO -- Kyrie Irving is taking the Cavs' rough month hard.

He's not the only player upset about Cleveland's rut -- the team has lost four of six games, nine of 15 this month and is now tied for first in the East because Boston lost Wednesday night -- but it's fair to say Irving is frustrated.

That's why he was out shooting at San Antonio's AT&T Center after the Spurs creamed the Cavs 103-74 on Monday and why he was huddling privately with LeBron James in the locker room later that night. - CLICK HERE to read full story.
