ORLANDO - A handshake is traditionally a form of greeting someone. It is also used as a way to close a deal and bid adieu.

But LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers are taking handshaking to another level.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Chris Grant received a lot of criticism during his four years as the Cavaliers general manager.

I'm not here to debate his tenure, or to defend the choice of Anthony Bennett as the top pick of the 2013 draft. But it's Grant who brought Kyrie Irving to the Cavs, with a big assist from Dan Gilbert's checkbook.

ORLANDO, FLA.: Listening to a conversation in the Cavaliers’ locker room these days can be difficult without name tags. LeBron James sits in his chair and shouts for Champ, Mike Miller is looking for Menace and everyone is aware there is a Killer among them.
