CLEVELAND, Ohio - It's back to school season and Nike is going hard with its push on LeBron James sneakers.
The latest release involves more than 20 new colorways for the LeBron Soldier 11. The shoe now comes in almost every color imaginable, including bright red, purple, orange and North Carolina blue.

Ex-Cavalier Ron Harper blames ‘youth, ignorance’ for Kyrie Irving’s trade request

Former Cavaliers guard Ron Harper admitted he was “a little surprised, a little shocked and kind of saddened” when he learned last month that four-time All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving had asked the Cavs to trade him because he’s tired of being overshadowed by LeBron James.
Harper, 53, who won five championships in his 15 years in the NBA after being selected No. 8 overall by the Cavs in 1986, is also baffled and can think of only one explanation.
“Youth. Ignorance,” Harper said Sunday of Irving, 25, after signing autographs at the legends booth on Cavs day at the $9.75 million World Golf Championships-Bridgestone Invitational at Firestone Country Club. - CLICK HERE to read full story.

Tyronn Lue was frustrated with his team’s lackadaisical performance. After weeks of playing unselfish basketball and convincingly winning their best-of-seven series, his squad was getting away from the smart shots and swarming defense that fueled their impressive run. Lue knew that everyone was doubting his squad; they clearly weren’t as talented or experienced as their star-studded opponent. After all, two of Lue’s starters weren’t even on an NBA roster.
Oh, to be clear, I’m not talking about the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors battling in the NBA Finals. I’m, of course, referring to Lue’s dominant 2010 pick-up squad that is the stuff of legend at Las Vegas’ Impact Basketball – where many NBA stars have trained over the years.
Back when Lue was still playing, he was the captain of a five-man squad that also featured Alan Anderson, Jared Dudley, Tayshaun Prince and Patrick O’Bryant.
