Pregame - Third meeting of the season already for Cavs-Bulls; Cavs took the last meeting, 97-93 at The Q behind Andrew Bynum's double-double; Wine and Gold have been scoring in bunches lately -- averaging 111 per contest over the last five (Kyrie averaging 30.5 ppg during that stretch); Cleveland comes into the game with the highest-scoring bench in the Eastern Conference -- 40.1 ppg -- although they'll need everyone to pick up the slack with Waiters out again with right wrist tendonitis.

Waiters is OUT tonight, as is Anthony Bennett, who's sick and didn't make the trip to the Windy City.

Same starting five vs. Bulls: G Irving, G Miles, F Gee, F Thompson, Bynum
