Shumpert Helping the Homeless

Having grown up in the harsh winters of Chicago, Iman Shumpert knows the importance of trying to stay warm in the colder months. With that in mind, the Cavs player wanted to do something to help the less fortunate in Cleveland try to stay protected from the elements. Enter The Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless.

On Thursday, NEOCH helped Shumpert visit multiple locations that serve homeless and at-risk Clevelanders. Shumpert handed out socks with his “Post 90” brand logo on them to people at St. Malachi Parish, St. Paul’s Community Church and St. Herman House. All three provide food, clothing and ministry services to those who need it in Northeast Ohio.

Thanks to Shumpert, many of those people will now at least have warmer feet this winter.
